2014-2017 C-Max Energi 3G to 4G modem update

I've just purchased a 2017 C-Max Energi and want to upgrade from the 3G to 4G support. My Ford Dealer in Toronto area (Burlington) advised that 21B09 has been extended to end of March 2023, but...there is presently no parts availability and they keep checking weekly. Anyone know how to get, or advise how to get, the required parts for 21B09?
