My Cmax was totalled in an accident and consequently the transmission lost fluid while driving. Long story short, I ended up using a transmission from another hybrid. The car seems to run fine now. The issue that I am having now is that it is difficult the shift out of park, all the way down to drive. Also, I can't shift into Low gear. The shifter moves smoothly anywhere from drive up to Park. I disconnected the linkage at the transmission and the shifter will shift smoothly while it is not connected to the transmission.

Anyone know if there are any differences between the hybrid and the energi transmissions?

Does anyone know if an Energi transmission will fit the hybrid? What are the differences? Thanks
