This happened to my 2013 CMAX Energi ... took it to the dealership and they couldn't push it back up. Upon further inspection while it was under the seat, they noticed that the receiver unit was cracked so we ordered a new unit and they had to take the seat out .

This happened to my 2013 C-MAX Energi ... the rear, middle seat belt receiver got pushed underneath the seat (and cannot be pulled up). It has to be replaced because it was cracked.
