After the first time (6months old) I bought and taught everyone how to use jump pack. Good thing because it has broke down with everyone. Dealer tried to blame new battery until they found out I am in the battery business over 30 years. Last time they said battery was bad so I checked it myself and it still tested good on Midtronics tester. I changed it anyway. Dealer managed to repower car and can't find any drains. So looks like we will bevdealing with another session

Had car towed in to shop with dead car. I have installed a new battery about a month ago. Old battery tested good though. After reading page after page of people with this problem I have never seen what anyone did to fix it.

Is there a new address for ford rep?

Here's what happens; Car is completely dead. Key fob doesn't work. manually unlock car. No start no lights. Hook up jump pack ( more valuable than spare tire) there is a click, go start car up. Starts, immediately shut off Then try to restart. Starts fine like nothing is wrong. Starting battery is not dead

10th time last night. Dealer just put in ABS control module in last week. Car almost paid for

The last 5 times we just boosted and not charged. I believe I hear a click when I connect jump box. I don't think battery is dead. Last 5 times boosted and done no charge. I think a relay goes to sleep. Been to the dealer several times. Talked to dealer on this failure they called up my records and said I have all updates.

2013 c max se 60000 miles. Friday another dead battery for my wife. Bought a jump pack for my wife 2 months after i bought new car for her because of no start. Dealer can't find problem. Send to tow in next time. Funny when I put jump pack on I hear a click and everything powers up. I thought there was a ford rep monitoring this site Need help or new Subaru is coming

We have a 2013 c max with a dead battery for the fourth time this morning. Wife is not happy after finishing work and car didn't start. Put jump pack on i hear something click car fires up shut it off starts right up. Dealer has no clue. What are the requirements for lemon law? Any suggestions?

The dealer installed new seat back frame....looks fine

Just got my wifes cmax back after 2 weeks at shop. Air bag light came on. No parts till today. Asked service manger if this was the cause of the dead battery issue (2 times dead) said he was't sure. Also had the seat back replaced, reglue carpet strips in trunk, rear seat zipper repaired

Wife has driven 2 days with the update. Say's she doesn't think there is any difference with the update. What are some of the effects that would tell me the update is working correctly?

Just got back from the dealer and I don't think it's working correctly. Regen is now reset but EV doesn't work above 60.
