Do you have the auto park option?

I also had this creaking issue and it was driving me nuts. I just got the car back from Ford after completing the door latch recall and all creaking has stopped. I believe the latches are not holding the strikers tight enough. Lubricating the trim is just treating a symptom.

That is the door check. All four of mine have done this. I believe it is just a plastic coating, nothing to worry about.
