  1. Does running your car with low inverter coolant damage the high voltage battery? I took my 2013 Ford C-Max in for radiator replacement. After picking up the car I got a "Motor Coolant Over Temperature" alert on the dash before getting home. Took the car straight back and they worked on the radiator again. After picking the car up a second time I once again got a "Motor Coolant Over Temperature" alert on the dash before getting home. Took the car straight back again. This time they said the coolant was low (they said they didn't realize that there were two coolant reservoirs and didn't fill the inverter coolant reservoir). Two weeks after picking up the car the high voltage battery died. Is the high voltage battery dying likely related to the low coolant or is this timing more likely coincidence?
