Low moaning sound coming from my C-max

I’m experiencing the same thing with my 2015 c-max! It sounds the same anyway - my engine sounds like it’s working really hard/staying in a low gear, it’s much louder than its been in the 2 years since I’ve owned it. Did you ever determine what the issue was with yours? ?
