Oh, so that's what that thing is!! I tried to look it up today by the part number. Not an easy thing to do as it's probably not really a part. I think mine had a bolt in the bag too although there doesn't seem to be a place for the bolt. Maybe they just had a bolt left over after putting my car together. Oops!
