ADHD-miler

I'm considering buying a Thule Hitch Cargo Carrier/Transporter Combination or the Yakima EXO System. Curious if anyone has used either on a C-Max? Does it cause the rear bumper sensors to constantly chirp? Will it throw off the parallel parking assist? And does it block a large portion of the view when backing up using the rear view camera?
