I was able to get the recall completed today, 8/8. The dealership technician forgot to reconnect ALL of the wires under the center console. Fortunately, I have the Service Manual for the C-Max and figured out how to remove the console enough to get underneath and reconnect the seat heaters. 12 V outlet, and ambient light in the cup holder.

The passenger side wiper blade would interfere with the driver side when swiping. I visually looked at my wipers in action today and there would definitely be interference. I wish the passenger side was of equal length to clear more of windshield.

I had 2 flies in my pass rear taillight assembly on the hatch. I removed the assembly to find a rather large vent hole where the bugs can get in.

The vehicle must have been on in EV mode and the horn chirping when exiting and closing door is car telling you "I'm still on". Hope this helps :)

Per the 2013 C-Max Service Manual, "Due to the location of the Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) sensor in the RH exterior mirror area...". Hope this helps :)
