When it does a scheduled Maint. is there a message on the screen stating that Maint. is happening? Interesting reply Matt and thanks for that input!! will keep an eye out for any future updates. Scott

Well I had my very first problem after 2120 miles! and wondering if any of you guys or gals had this happen? Wife and I were shopping yesterday at a local Wally World and when we got back to our C-max hybrid I went to start the Max and nothing happened, so hit button to shut it off and retried again to start and with the same results, so tried again and nothing!! the next try resulted in everything going blank! so gave Ford roadside a call and they sent a towtruck out, sat there about 20 minutes waiting on the truck and decided to give the starting another try!! everything started as normal !! when the truck pulled in I sent him on his way as we were OK. So anyone have this happen to you? if so what did you do? I'am wondering if there is a reset button somewhere? or is the relay like some of my power tools where they shut off from overheating then when they cool down the relay resets itself? anyhow I haven't had a problem since. I feel for your anguish over some idiot who in their feeble attemp to be careful did the bad deed!! reminds me of something that happened to me a few years ago with my new truck, I like a lot of folks who have said here that they like to park away from all the action, thinking that would protect their nice c-max, well my beautiful new Truck was sitting all by itself in a Walmart parking lot away from all the other cars, when we left the store as we walked towards my nice new truck I instantly saw something didn't look right, as I got closer I could see the whole passenger side was caved in !! after a closer look we could see that someone had kicked from behind like they had their hands on their own vehicle and were kicking like a mule would kick! store surveillance cams could not get a good pic as I parked so far back, police took pics and patted me on the back and that was the end of my parking far away!! Now i just park as close as posible. :baby:

Love the c-max site, would like to have a spell check when posting a reply, or is there one and i dont see it? course not everyone needs spell check ;)

Like the Tee shirt idea!! but why not just on the front say on the side where a pocket might be the Name C-MAX in bold lettering and maybe on the back C-MAX owners club. just a thought !! kind of makes it our own group. the lettering could be any kind of font.
