First and foremost, I want to thank Thomas Kruger from Inno Racks for walking me through the install and explaining the design and features of this system. He met with me after hours to get me what I needed. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced from anyone. I bought an inno roof rack a couple years ago and Thomas pretty much made me a life time customer because of his service last night. Don't be foolish and spend the extra cash on Thule or Yakima when Inno can provide you with comparable quality products with excellent functionality, awesome product support, and most of all, lower prices. Inno is a very popular manufacturer/brand in Japan. They are of high quality and well engineered. In my particular case and in my opinion, the Inno Aero Bar Base System is a better choice because it looks better and you don't have to worry about the bar poking you in the head like the Thule Aeroblade could. Currently for our Cmax, if you want to go with fuel efficient and the quitest roof rack system, then you can only choose between Inno or Thule.
