    I have noticed a problem with new Velcro I bought at Walmart, the adhesive lets go when the Sun shines on it. It turns out Velcro sells a Velcro for plastics that has an higher temp adhesive that solves the problem. The part numbers are 90850 (strips, $3.00) or PN90881 (tape, $8.00) and some ACE Hardware stores carry it. You can use an hair dryer to heat up the Velcro to remove it and Lacquer thinner to clean off Grill Cover. Then cut fuzzy squares to size and attach to foam squares on Grill. Then attach hard Velcro loops to fuzzy Velcro and line up Grill Cover like the first time you installed it. You are back in business again. :) Paul
