cliffeck Posted December 28, 2023 Report Share Posted December 28, 2023 My 2013 Cmax Radio was stuck on "upgrading" in the SIRIUS subscription. The fix was easy and no-cost. Simply remove FUSE #79 and replace it with a new 15 amp fuse or if it's not blown just plug it back in. BEFORE PLUGING IT BACK IN WAIT 60 SECONDS. That resets the program. Ford nor Sirius will tell you that. With me they were going back and forth blaming the other guy. I learned this from another Cmax owner in a FORD customer service room who had solved the same issue. cr08 Posted December 29, 2023 Report Share Posted December 29, 2023 The fuse pull 'fix' is simply a workaround and not a proper fix. The ACM needs to be updated by a dealer technician.
