SK4109
2013 Ford C- Max CEV gauge goes down while driving. When it gets near the bottom a “Stop Safely Now” alarm comes on and the car slows way down. I can press the gas while parked and watch the CEV gauge go up. After most of the way up I can drive it a few more miles. This started about the time the wiring harness was replaced. Any Ideas. Thanks Edited June 19 by SK4109 Trying to move to a EV section so more people will see . Do not see how to do. Will just rewrite it.

homestead
I guess I would suspect the wiring harness. What was the harness for? Would check voltage on the 12V battery. Maybe something is drawing down the 12v and the DC-DC is trying to keep the 12V charged which is draining the high voltage battery.
