Noah Harbinger
Ok, so I've got a model with navigation. Looks like it's a 16GB card, with what was it, 14GB of data on it. Suppose I get a 32GB card, clone the NAV card on it, and fill the rest with my music. Has anyone else tried this to see if it works? If it causes any problems? If no one tells me it won't, I think I'm game to try. If nothing else, I'll then have a bigger SD card for my camera (currently using a 4GB, which isn't bad but when shooting raw it can fill up surprisingly fast!) salsaguy
doubt it will work as it would have to access the same device for two functions slowing it down massively.i guess that's why they gave you two usb ports on top of the nav.if you don't have nav then you could use that port for music.owners can chime in to confirm. Wingrider01
Not to mention the Navigation card is encrypted to prevent people from coping it and hand it out to others
rtshinn
I tried copying my SD card to see if it would work. No dice.
