ScubaDadMiami
Is there a way to set up MFT so that it boots (at start up) to a preferred screen, such as NAV, when I first get in and start up my C-MAX? It always goes to the Home screen, and then I have to touch to get to where I want. If it can't be set as the Default, is there a voice command to show current location NAV screen? Laurel
I just say "navigation show map". ScubaDadMiami
Jus-A-CMax
I'd like to know too but I am ok with a button press. Yes, I am a simpleton unlike Laurel up there.... :dogwalk:
lowbar
Laurel has it. Voice commands are pretty neat. I recently printed out a cheat sheet and leave it in the center console. There is a lot you can do with voice commands.
ScubaDadMiami
It would be great if MFT would start up with whatever was on the screen at shutdown. Add that to the small wish list.
mtb9153
I'd just like my Max to show the energy flow diagram everytime I start up, it never does
plus 3 golfer
I'd just like my Max to show the energy flow diagram everytime I start up, it never doesThat's a "feel good" screen. It makes you feel good when you show others and explain it and they go "wow how neat" but otherwise kind of useless to the driver. Good for sales people too. Probably added for marketing purposes. erwhitham and Edsel

salsaguy
i agree zhack, i think it would be useful esp for a brand new hybrid driver.i guess i will have to wait and see just how much we will use it one we get our cmax.
Tdefny
It can be a useful screen. Even an experienced hybrid driver might refer to it from time to time, but it is nice to show a newb how the whole thing works. It also needed to be there because the Prius has one. It just took a while to figure out how to do it without looking like they copied Toyota. I think they did a good job in this respect. ScubaDadMiami
I don't mind having it, but I don't think it serves much of a purpose, except to explain what is going on to someone that is a passenger. Nonetheless, if it weren't there, I am willing to bet that there would be complaints that it doesn't have something that the Prius has.
