ArizonaEnergi
I just received an email that Weathertech now has a cargo mat available for the C-Max Hybrid, but not the Energi. Looks pretty nice for $90. http://www.weathertech.com/ford/2013/c-max/cargo-liner/plug-in-hybrid/no/
lpr
I would be curious to see what it looks like in a C-Max ;)
Skitime
I'm waiting for the window deflectors. You can go to the website to request they add them, wonder how much longer?
ScubaDadMiami
They make a good product, but I went with the CanvasBack, because I wanted something that would work with the seatbacks either up or down.
C-MaxSea
Very annoying that they can't give us a picture. I won't buy until I see how it fits/looks.
eaglover
This is a photo of my WeatherTech cargo mat inside my C-MAX hybrid. It covers the cargo area completely and extends up the three inside edges. As you can see it extends all the way to the edge along the rear of the car as well. From what I can tell, it fits perfectly. The material is typical of WeatherTech, and though it's pretty light in weight, it seems like it will be durable. If you're looking for a mat for the Energi, the Ford accessories website had one available over the summer. I made the mistake of trying it for my hybrid, but it's sized for the Energi and was six inches too short. C-MaxSea
Thanks much for the photo eaglover! It looks very good and will likely tip the balance in favor of purchase for us. I like how the WeatherTechs are so easy to clean. Nick. Edited October 15, 2013 by C-MaxSea
C-MaxSea
eaglover, What are those squares towards the back? Are they from the factory? Are they raised? They look problematic. Nick
eaglover
eaglover, What are those squares towards the back? Are they from the factory? Are they raised? They look problematic. NickThe squares are part of the mat. They are there so that you can use the tiedown rings on the floor directly below their positions. However, to make the rings accessible with the mat in place, you would have to cut out the bottoms of the squares with a utility knife. The edges around the squares are raised about 1/4" to 1/2". The black "line" on the bottom right is the WeatherTech logo tag. It's smooth, made of plastic, and flush with the mat, not raised. C-MaxSea
Thanks again Eaglover. Those squares seem a little excessive, and would make it a little tougher to slide things to the back. Hmmm, I suppose I could cut them out, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the mat. Have to think about that. Drat. Nick
ScubaDadMiami
Nick, check out the CanvasBack cover. Works great, covers everything (including the back of the back seats), and allows you to slide things for loading and unloading the cargo area.
