ArizonaEnergi
Old issue --> refer to this thread stickied in the Infotainment section: Nav GPS TSB 13-3-11 - Fix for unable to locate vehicle, etc Get dealer to apply the TSBs, if that does not work then its the GPS module - they have to replace it. We are pretty sure there are some bad batches of GPS modules, I had one bad one - and once Galpin Ford replaced - its been sweet since. So did Arizona Energi. No rubberbanding or driving on top of houses, along the beach, along the mountain side (yeah, I know some of you here probably say I do that anyway...lol). Indeed I did. First the software fix that fixed nothing, then the module replacement that fixed everything. It's been rock solid, exact location shown at all times, ever since. Try the software route, but be prepared to insist on the GPSM being replaced! BTW, I have had over 5,000 views of my YouTube video on this problem! joe
I had this problem with my 2013 C-Max and was fixed by replacing the GPS Module.
mtb9153
I can't even use my Nav anymore. It has gone totally bonkers. Never works for very long any more. The phone service, half the time it won't take or make a phone call. Piece of junk and need it replaced by my dealer. Just haven't done anything about it yet. zhackwyatt
It happened to me quite regularly. My dealer got on the phone with Ford and they decided to replace the SD Card that has the Maps on it. Hasn't happened since.
