shinytop Posted June 1, 2014 Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 No nav voice directions. In Nav settings I have it on tone and voice. If I click on the voice bubble it speaks the last directions while muting the music. But will not speak the directions otherwise. And I am also not getting the tones. The directions are there if I am looking. Reading other threads I reset. I deleted my paired phone, re-paired it, uploaded phone book, when it was done, I told it not to update. Laurel Posted June 1, 2014 Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 Try saying "navigation, voice guidance on". Who knows it make work even though you say you have selected voice guidance on in the settings. I am not sure what you mean voice bubble? I believe you can set it up for voice guidance or tones, but both don't happen at the same time in my recollection --it is one or the other. Good luck. shinytop Posted June 1, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 Thank you Laurel, a variation of that worked, went into voice navigation, it gave me a list of choices and one was voice navigation on or something close to that.
