nsteblay
I just went out to Ford ETIS to check on the status of recalls. When I enter my VIN it is bringing up the wrong car. I have a standard 2013 C-Max SEL. It is now showing that I have a 2014 C-Max Energi. Does this mean I can exchange if for free? :)
rjam
HiJust checked mine today. It used to be correct but now it states that my vehicle is an energi 2014. I would like that it were so but I have a 2013 CMAX not eergi
TopherTheME
You must have my car! Its always said that mine was a 2013 build in 2012 when it obviously wasn't. I've learned not to trust Ford ETIS.
nsteblay
Apparently the ETIS database is having problems. Worried that this may impact recalls and service appointments. I wonder if Ford can respond? ptjones

I wonder if Ford can respond?I think it is blatantly obvious that you have an NRG and they didn't show you how to plug it in. It's a test to make sure you know which vehicles you really have, nsteblay, rajames2, and TopherTheME. ;) Actually, Etis is not a U.S. supported site. I recommend checking out Ford Owner for recall information and service appointments. Rachel ptjones
