RachelnLa
Lol. My husband will often say he didn't hear me because he didn't see my hands moving. Lol
C-Maxgo
I am having a problem with the hands free phone. As I accelerate or travel at higher speeds it becomes difficult for the person on the other end of the call to understand what I am saying. Ford has told me that this is because the noise cancellation system is interfering with the call. Clearly the computer software needs to turn off the noise cancellation when the phone is being used. It turns off the radio and the CD player and clearly the noise cancellation should also be turned off. Because I commute and use the phone for business calls while commuting, this is a real problem for me. When on the highway at normal highway speed the phone is unusable. I have been told by Ford that the noise cancellation cannot be disconnected. Anyone else having this problem? I'm having the same problem. When I talk on the phone in town and not on the highway there's no problem hearing during the phone conversation but when I get on the highway I'm told that I don't sound clear. I hope the update fixes this problem.
