teddybear
I currently have a 2013 c-max hybrid. I bought it brand new. I have read that in the 2013 there is a issue with the battery going dead because the computer is not shutting down all the systems and they in turn drain the battery. Mine is in the shop right now, has been for over a week, we are waiting for a new battery control module. Anyone know if this fixes the problem for good or am I looking at a on going problem? plus 3 golfer
IMO, if the dealer is replacing the battery control module because DTCs indicated it was bad, then your 12 V battery failure was an atypical failure and not like those that have repeated no start issues. Welcome to the forum, teddybear! I want to look into this further. What's your approximate mileage? Meagan
