ArizonaEnergi
Update - my long-term Service Advisor called today and said they DID have the replacement parts in stock and to bring it in. They're keeping it overnight and will finish tomorrow. I'm getting an oil change too and he called and said I was due for a cabin filter change and I took great pleasure in telling him that's the last auto maintenance item that I still do myself! Spitinuri
I had mine done about 3 months ago. Since that time my front two windows make an high pitched screeching noise when the windows go down or up. It has been in the shop 2 times to fix it. On Monday they are going to tear it apart and reassemble to see if that helps. I am guessing something was put together out of spec or slightly shifted to cause the noise. I am hoping for a fix. I also had the recall done during the summer. So far, other than a couple of plastic hole plugs missing, I've had no problems.
TashaWW
I've had no problems with mine however getting it fixed Tuesday anyway. However shortly after I received the postcard not long ago I noticed the car wont sense the key fob and now I have to manually unlock even though I JUST had the battery replaced, this wouldn't have anything to do with that would it??? stolenmoment
They did that to me, too: they broke the door-handle locking/unlocking. They fixed it immediately without any fuss.
Redshift
Here it is, August 2018 and I still have received no notice from Ford about my door latches on my 2015 C-Max. Oops, my bad. My 2015 was manufactured in March, 2015 so it's not on the recall list. Edited August 16, 2018 by Redshift

When was your build date ? Redshift
Thanks obob. I corrected my post after I checked my build date. 3-15 so it's not included in the recall.
