mjenson92 Posted January 18, 2018 Report Share Posted January 18, 2018 On cold mornings my Sync 3 will occasionally not turn on. I can get the radio to play if I left it on the night before but otherwise I cannot access any radio, Bluetooth, apps, or navigation until the car has warmed up more (usually after work). When this happens the backup camera will stay on even after I have switched to Drive. Has anybody else had this issue? Is it something that a master reset might fix or do I need to take it in? 16redsel Posted January 19, 2018 Report Share Posted January 19, 2018 I have a 2016 SEL and haven't had any SYNC problems with below 0 temps. Often look out at myCmax in the bitter cold and actually feel pity for it, but no issues other than reduced MPG due to intentionalwasted energy getting my car defrosted and heated up in the morning.
