What mount kit for iPad mini 4 and phones?

I want to get a mount kit for my iPad mini 4 and iPhone Xs and Note 9. I prefer the nav on those systems. What is a good kit? I don’t want it to be in front of the windshield cus I need to see. And it can’t be lower then the built in nav screen. But I have no idea what to get. It needs to be high enough so I’m not looking down and not over the windshield. Please help. I have no idea.

RAMMOUNT.com has all types of mounts.  I have an X-grip, locking twist suction mount for side window with extension arm to get phone just off the left side of steering wheel. Look at my pic gallery.

For my phone I use a magnetic phone mount that goes in the CD slot.

Thanks. I don’t want to cover the touch screen. But it might be ok. Not sure. So I guess naaa. I would rather not cover the screen. But then I don’t know how a mount kit would work without covering the screen.

 

I want to be able to use my iPad mini 4 for nav and my Note 9 and iPhone XS if I want. I just prefer not to cover the synch screen if possible.

Been pleased with kit from Exogear/Exomount for phones. Haven't tried their tablet mounts, but they make 'em.
