Navigation & MFT Settings NOT Working

On my way back home from the dealership last Wednesday (that was the 13th visit in the service; the APIM was replaced) I found out, that:

 

- the only available route is the shortest one

- I cannot change any settings (route, navigation, traffic) - they remain stuck in some random setup

- the screen brightness adjustment setting is gone/working_weird

 

Did any of you have such experience?

Hi pjurek99,

As you already know, this is not normal behavior. I'd like you to try a master reset if you haven't done so already. Here's the link to the instructions:

If that doesn't work, please send me a private message with your VIN so I can take a closer look.
