    but no stranger to hybrids. After 17 years of a Prius in the family, I sold it yesterday after buying a 2016 Energi SEL (with a whopping 57K on the clock). I had followed the C-Max throughout its life, but never got into it until now. It's a very nice car; I hope it continues to treat me well.

  2. "The Enterprise" made history today - hit 100k EV miles out of 242k total! That's 4 times around the world with the ICE OFF! I never would have thought the EV miles would be 41% of total. I reset Trip 2 and will track on-going EV miles that way. Well, actually its sitting on 99999.9 miles! Ford either 1) didn't have enough faith in the C-Max's longevity, 2) didn't think there were any real hypermilers out here or 3) the programmer was just too lazy to program one more digit! I'm voting on #3. But I still want a car (or truck or microbus) that gives 100% EV miles!?

    Better though is that on Amazon, it says the 0w20 "does not fit your cmax..." Interesting, although it does. Greg

  4. It sounds like a great deal, if it's done right and they don't try to sabotage your car! There's been times of oil plugs stripped, over torque/stripped/broken bolts on the wheels causing warped rims & rotors. Something so simple, if you have the correct tools it can be a piece of cake. Plus the satisfaction of doing it right, cheaper, and in less time!
