Isn't it obvious. Canadians are just that much more meaner and need more cash to make us happy. Don't mess with us canadians or we might have to come down there and burn down the White House again. Only teasing not sure why we get more here in Canada than you do in the states. Maybe our gas prices are higher and we drive further distances on average. Cheers, Bruce

Welcome tO another BC Cmax. Love ours as much as you do for many different reasons. It's great to see another some what local cmax as I have only ever seen a few on the road and only one other white one spotted here in kamloops. Cheers, Bruce

The graphic being talked about is on the large middle display screen that starts up when you turn on your car with a nice ford symbol. If you touch the button at the bottom that looks like a road with some leaves growing from it you should get a display that shows your car with white and blue tracks that show the flow of energy and fuel. This will tell you what and when your battery is running and also if your engine is on and what it is doing. It will also have the t telling you why engine is on like engine on due to heater setting or on due to acceleration. Hope this helps. Cheers, Bruce

Welcome Fran. I have an ice storm cmax also and totally love it. We tinted our rear windows and applied paint protection film to the front last week. Have not seen another cmax in our area yet but have passed one on the road. Sitting at the ferry terminal today we had a couple people wander by and compliment us on our vehicle. We are always willing to share info about our max with others as we love it. Everyone who gets in it also exclaims about the head room and ample space for what seems to be a small car. Cheers, Bruce

I was adding my last mileage info into Fuelly and there was this banner at the top for Hydrogen Energy Cells. Is this a load of bull or is it maybe something that would help me get better mileage up here in Canada with all the hilly highway driving I do. Just got our max back with the new upgrade and so far really enjoying it. I do a lot of highway driving to and from work about 120 Kim's with the speed limit of 110 km/hr so it was all ICE driving but now it should be easier to get into EV. It will be interesting to see how this changes my AVG L/Km usage over the next little while. Also got the lift gate update and it is working like a charm with one kick now. Cheers, Bruce

We are getting our rear windows tinted and thought we would tint the moonroof. The thought is minimal tint just to get uv protection but it seems to have tint already. Can anyone tell me if there is already uv protection on the moon roof? Cheers, Bruce

I don't know what it is about the green on the fiesta but it turns heads like no other colour car we have had before. I think it is also the look of the car as many have commented on the body lines and how bold it looks. Pickle I like it maybe thats the new name for our fiesta. No problem John hope the info helps. I would agree. It is a very light grey blue and then sometimes it is a light sea foam green. I am also content about the colour but not overly excited. It is not like our fiesta which we get compliments on the colour all the time. It is lime squeeze green and a real head turner. We originally wanted the candy blue in the Cmax but could not get it so ended up with the ice storm. It is not very common as our dealer told us it is only available on ford hybrids so not many out there, not sure if this is correct but have not seen any others with this exact colour. Cheers, Bruce

I live in Kamloops BC and work in Logan Lake.

Was driving to work on July first and spotted a C - max I think near Lac Le Jeune, BC. It had Washington plates and I think it was grey but we passed on the road very quickly so not 100 % sure. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon and I was heading to work or I would have turned around and tried to make contact. It was a split second encounter but was exciting as it was my first sighting. Its been a little while owning the C Max and have 3 fill ups under my belt and loving the car. It makes the drive to work awesome. I think the car you got rrbote is the one we saw on our search at our dealership in kamloops, but once we tried to get it shipped up here it was already sold. I think I'm glad we got the ice storm and not the candy blue like we had wanted now knowing of the damage. I really wish Ford would think about changing how their inventory search works. If a car has a sale pending it shouldn't be that hard to mark it as such in their inventory list and that way you do not get your hopes up when they say they found your car in another dealership then come back to tell you it is already sold. Can't be that hard to mark it as pending sale or sold on inventory list and if deal falls through then switch it back to available. Just my thoughts, maybe it is harder than it sounds. I hope everyone is enjoying their C Max as much as my wife and I are. With the summer sun coming soon the moon roof will be a hit. Cheers, Bruce

I love the park assist, I can parallel park myself with no problems, but it is so much fun to use and too see the looks on your passengers faces when you use it. I get the giggles every time it parks itself perfectly. I've shown of the car to anyone who will listen and so far the consensus from everyone is they love it. Cheers, Bruce

Been debating about window tint and yours looks great so thinking about getting mine done soon. I also am looking into paint protection film as I do a lot of highway driving and want to avoid the rock chips. Cheers, Bruce
