Same here. I was set on getting a fusion hybrid.. the dealership was all out. They showed me a cmax, and thats it. Welcome aboard!

My father is friends with someone who owned a company who delivered gas to stations. And he said that some stations that are independently owned by certain people are a NO NO when it comes to premium gas. They will tell the drivers to dump regular gas into the premium storage tanks. He always said no and stopped delivering to them, but you don't know if everyone does that. Just be careful and try to go to stations which are corporate owned.

I made it on my first tank about 625 miles. No proof however as I erase after every fill up, and I joined this forum after I filled.. so I'm working on another 600 mile tank. So far I have 525 miles and the readout says I'm 135 til empty.. so if I hit it, i'll post a pic.

I got my update today after receiving a letter in the mail telling me to come in. Called up at 11:30, asked to come in right away to get it done. I was told it would be 2 hours.. 2.5 hrs tops. I decided to bring my laptop to keep me company for the time. Got there at 12 pm, and went to the waiting room. I watched 2 episodes of american horror story (52 mins each), and about 20 mins of another episode. Went to check on my car, and they said it wasnt ready. Sat back down and played an hour of L4D2. Checked on my car, and still not done. The techs said there was a server problem on Ford's part because it was timing out when downloading the update. Techs also said it was stupid that they couldnt just install the update from a flash drive. They have to download it each time to the car, and be connected to the internet and 'talk' to the ford servers the entire time. I ended up leaving the dealership with my car at 4:40. 4 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES. Absolutely insane. Best part? I lost all my radio presets, all my configurations, and my nav system favorites. Then when i was re-saving my presets, on the sirius station category list, it FROZE, had a permanent loading box on it, and all the category dropdown lists had japanese symbols. Had to do ANOTHER reset on my radio, until i shut the car off and turned it on and it said 'Performing scheduled maintenance process'. Which I don't even KNOW what that means! But its fine now.. I suppose.

Went shopping for a car because I needed something good on gas.. I travel 80 miles a day and the ford mustang was killing me, filling up twice a week. I wanted the ford fusion hybrid but they had sold out. The salesman showed me the cmax in ice storm blue and I hated the color, so I took it in black. Its growing on me. Especially the 45 mpg I'm getting. The only thing I don't have on this puppy is leather seats and the sun roof. I JUST filled up on saturday for 35 bucks, a full tank. The dealer sent me off the lot with a full tank and I got 650 miles on my first time. WOO!
