Had the dealer installed modem upgrade yesterday. App took a few hours to register but eventually the car seemed to show up. Looks like I’m seeing the same thing you are seeing but the app only displayed charging info AFTER I charged it at home last night. Now I get the same main screen data in your screen shots. I still can’t set a charge notification or lock and unlock the vehicle. But it is nice to see charge data, vehicle location, and vehicle status info.

I just picked up my Ford C-Max with an upgraded modem. Somehow Carvana/SilverRock replaced it for me under the limited warranty period. So I mercifully had the $350 part and labor covered by a warranty. I’m still not connected via the Ford Pass app but I’m hoping it updates soon. It shows activation pending. I assume i should master reset and reinstall the Ford pass app but that is a lot of steps if it will just take a few days to activate. . Does anyone know how long it takes to activate or what I should look out for in the process? Open to suggestions.

This morning MyFordMobile stopped working. I have a 2016 Ford C-Max Energi that I bought 3 weeks ago. I was really enjoying the MFM features including knowing when the car was charging and where the car was located. As well as car function monitoring. Unfortunately I’m not in the period where the CSP applies. But I do want tot get the upgrade and might be willing to pay for it. My only concern seems to be the loss of functionality as compared to the MFM app and the concerns I have regarding an expensive part actually working. It seems a lot of upgraders here have had a problems getting features on the ford pass app to work. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
