  1. Have you had the dealer/shop "fash" your sync? The sync is a REAL PAIN IN THE @...... mine has had to be flased several times and as of yesterday there is no fix for the phone problems, nav. problems or clock problems :-( They say that sometime around April they might have a fix. Good luck! I love our car hate the bugs in Sync!
  2. I really miss the rear window that could open when the lift gate was closed like I had on our 06 Poniac Vibe. I could put long things in and they would only stick out the window. Plastic on the back of the back seats and cargo space would be nice for easy clean up. We really use our car... it is more that a "show piece" :-)
  3. is your cruise set over 62mph? if so the eco will not turn on. that part is bad when the freeways here are 65mph....
  4. Thanks for the information, ... Just-a-cmax... the engine problem seems to be fixed with a new purge valve. So that is good for now. I do love the car just mad that I traded an old car that had over 150,000 miles on it and never and a single problem in on a nicer NEW car that has so many problems and knowing that there is still no good fixes and I will have to take it in several more times :-( Cassidy, was the reps name Judy by chance? She was BAD! Her boss is going to be calling me I was not going to let her just blow off the problems.
  5. I have just had my car for 2 months and it has been in the shop 3 times! 2 for the engine light, and for several computer problems,for a about 7 days all together! Really not happy with the responce I receved from the repair shop and Ford. The first repair shop when I called told me to check my gas cap! REALLY! As you all know it does not have one! Just becouse I am a woman does not meen that I am not car smart! So I went to a different shop and they fixed the purge valve. There is several SYNC, NAVAGATION and CLOCK problems that they know about and do not have any fixes for them! I even have the papers from Ford sating that there is NO fixes! I called Ford and they gave me to the "Reginal manager" She was NO HELP AT ALL she just said that just keep taking it in and we will fix it still has a warranty. And it will get fixed some day (NO IDEA WHEN) It was like all she could do was read a cue card! she had NO ANSWERS for the questions that I asked. She just kept saying "as good will we can offer you free oil changes for the next year" REALLY! I want my car to opperate CORRECTLY EVERYTIME I get in it and drive. I do not care about paying for oil changes. Do not know if I have a bad car or if other people have this bad of a time with the C-Max. I am heart broke becouse i love the style, features and the way it drives but I do not have the time to take a NEW car in to the shop every couple of weeks becouse Ford did not test it enough before selling it. Anyone else have problems like this? Please any information would be greatly helpful. thanks
  6. We had that happen 2 times, but it was just a random time. It is at the shop right now for an engine light problem that they had to order a part for. They are also looking at the odd clock thing to. We will see what they fine.
  7. We have had ours for 1 month and it is back in for the 2nd time for the engine light :-( The first payment is still not due yet! We love the car, but this is driving me nuts! They could not find anything the first time..... hope they find the problem this time. Sometimes I wish we had my old Vibe back 150,000 + miles when we traded it in and never a problem. It seams like when you buy a NEW car it should not have to be in the shop more than an OLD one.
