I have a 2016 Cmax Energi and apparently the CSP isn't listed for my car although I'm within the build date. I chatted with Ford and it was not a good time and they told me to ask the dealer why the CSP isn't listed under my car. The dealer said they're not sure if they can order the part but I will have to pay labor since the CSP isn't there. I have an escalation request through Ford to find out what the deal is but I don't think that will go anywhere.
