I had a period where no texts were read. I deleted the phone and relinked the phone to the Sync control. This is an easy fix and/or may be necessary after major updates to Sync or the phone. No need to skip using either!

Maybe they'll return in the spring.

Installed the Shark fin antenna last week, and love it. A bit pricey, but much cleaner and up-to-date than the black mast. One departure from the installation instructions, though: instead of a blow dryer (which I don't own) I warmed the adhesion area with a microwave heating pad. Perfect! Made installation possible on a 50 degree day!

You should bring the survey to the dealer and alert the sales manager. I'm sure it's worth, oh, $1000 to them to help you fill out the survey without alerting Ford.

I haven't figured out how to post pics. It is tacky to the touch, no residue. It bills itself suitable to hold cell phones or loose change in place.

I use a sticky pad I found on Amazon. It's called a Dashgrip, and I trimmed it down to about a three inch square and placed it on the shelf in front of the CD slot. It holds the stylus firmly and if I have to start driving again, I can just plop it there with some confidence.

Given the track record of some dealerships, I would recommend that everyone getting an oil change reset the oil life monitor themselves instead of relying on the service tech knowing (how) to do it.

I bought the cmax thinking that, although it was a first model year here, the design was tried and true in Europe. I've got the pano roof, so for me the point is moot.

Those "tumors" are thumb rests. I just completed the 600 miles from Atlanta to Morgantown and I am pleased to report that my thumbs ended the journey well rested!
