    Good news! I received a form letter from Ford on Friday that Ford will fix the lift gate issue, and that a MFT update is available. I am taking Ruby Sue in at 8 am tomorrow for these services. Check your mail!

    My new CMax is a redhead and is sassy, so she is known as Ruby Sue. It suits her and the voice fits.
