  1. My system got stuck on a Siruis update. Doing a master reset did not help. I also pulled the fuse...the fuse box is located under the passenger side dash. This fixed the problem and all was good for about 9 months. Now my FM display is stuck on the same channel. I can change channels but it takes about 19 seconds, but the button and display never changes. Guess I will pull the fuse again! I just can't remember the fuse number...am hoping I marked it in my manual!
  2. Bill is correct, the lift gate and powertrain are not actually recalls. When I log on to Fords website for my car, those are the only two things shown under recalls. Guess the other two are for customer satisfaction and not safety issues.
  3. Thanks Laurel...I think I may let them do the minor ones first, like the lift gate and b-pillar padding and see how it goes before I let them change how the car operates. I got my car in March 2013 and have had zero problems with anything. Even my crappy old cell phone synced with MFT. I have 3600 miles on it and my MPG last fill up was 43, and I am pleased as punch with that! Lifetime MPG is 40.6. My old Murano only got 18 mpg and it was rated 24 and never got anywhere close to that over the 8 years I drove it.
  4. I got this notice and tested what happens when I open the door when the car is in park but turned on. The chime sounds repeatedly, and if I get out of the car with my keys while the car is on, the horn toots at me repeatedly. Not sure at all why I got the recall notice! I haven't had any recall work done yet....got four notices piled up now, but I am happy with my car just the way if is, and am very nervous about letting the dealership muck around with it!
  5. I logged in today to see if anyone else had gotten their checks, and lo and behold, the doorbell rang and FedEx delivered mine!
  6. Hi, I just got my Cmax yesterday! I believe that piece goes in the center of the front cupholder to divide it and hold smaller cups upright. Seems kinda silly, but it fits in there perfectly!
