  1. Have any of the high mileage users, or others had occasion to have had to replace their high voltage batteries? I'm just curious. I remember that the original warranty was for 100,000 miles on the batteries and I've exceeded that in my 4 years ownership. So I was just wondering if this is something I should start planning for or if the actual usage lifespan should well exceed that number. My feeling is that one should see an increase of the charge/discharge cycles or decrease in the length of EV usage that should be noticeable when they reach their end of life cycle. But, I really don't know. So I'm just posing the question.
  2. Greetings fellow C-maxers, My dog ate my whole backseat row a year ago. I'm looking to replace the entire black leather row. Does anyone know if these seats are replaceable with any C-Max model? I have a 2016 Energi with black leather seats. Does anyone have a good idea as to how to find these parts? I'm checking used auto parts websites, have had some luck. But I want to make sure the seats are compatible before buying.
  3. I might be the first on this forum to have this problem, but I doubt it. My Radio/Infotainment system (and I use that term loosely) finally got the better of me, and then I got the better of it, Sort of. The screen repeated came in contact with my hand which just happened to be in a fist position moving rapidly forward towards the screen in a desperate attempt to get said (former) screen to recognize either the iPhone via BlueTooth or My USB Cable. After several repeated contact my fist was unable to convince the unit it should work properly, and the apparently went on an untruly unnecessary strike. Good thing the display is shatter proof of the little gremlin bastards running it from inside would have been shattered by the shreds of sharp plastic in what I can only describe as excessive over action to my reasoned albeit physical response, the screen gremlins refuse to allow the Screen to all my to get back to enjoy being led over Hell and Half of Georgia when only trying to find the other side of Atlanta or even the adjacent neighborhood It seems ridiculous poring goof money in after bad, given the plethora of after marked radios/CD/Nav on the market. Not entire sure how much s salvageable given that some functions work in the dash. Did I See a comment earlier from another poster regarding a Double Din unit as being required to nake this work.. Come on guy, admit what you did and tell me how you got out of this mess. Is there a way to buy a Double Din unit and put in a standard Double Din unit that would likely be able to find fast route and are not shorter than slow route, or route that are not there at all. !0 old technology did better navigation stuff that this beast. Joel 2013 C-Max SEL with B level - no foot activators or any fancy stuff, just pending an anger management meeting she thinks I need.
