Ford says they currently have no fix for it, but hope to have one later in the year. sliu777 Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 I had that problem too but I just removed it and reseated and it was good to go. The navigation sucks for I would be driving down on I-5 and all of a sudden my position on the GPS is drifted off 2 blocks away and the voice prompt would starts to recalculate. asb Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 I had this problem with my Escape. But it was actually my old ipod plugged into the USB port that was causing the problem. I picked up my C-Max today. We stuck the SD card in, and...up popped the dialogue box saying that it was faulty. I took the card out and tried it again - no good. vam2644 Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 I have the same off route problem I was told by Ford the fixed it in non hybrid cars and now working on it for hybrid cars seems there is more programing for them story or truth ?????
