Bill-N
SSM 32299 - 2013 C-Max - Power Liftgate Stops During Operation Some 2013 C-Max vehicles may exhibit a power liftgate that will stop during travel and must be opened or closed manually. This condition may be caused by chafe in the wiring harness between the headliner and roof sheet metal pass through, just forward of the point where the harness enters the flexible convolute to the liftgate. Repair damaged circuits as required following repair procedures in Wiring Diagram, Section 5-1. Use available service labor times.
