Updating of service records

The dealership registered us before we left with the C-Max. Either the service department is not inputting records or I am missing something.

 

We've requested service appointments through http//:owner.ford.com & have gotten an immediate response back about the appointment from the dealership, just no service records are being posted.

Mine didn't show up and I discovered that the dealership had entered the VIN incorrectly on the service invoice.  Once the dealer computer record was corrected new service has shown up--but the first invoice has never shown up.

 

When we take Neytiri in tomorrow to have the SYNC with MFT Update done, I'll ask about that.

I typed the information for my service myself.  My pages shows an Add Service button.  That's where I put the information about my service.  I'll have to check to be sure that my dealership has the right VIN.
