Smiling Jack
My 2013 C-max energi has this problem. I've had the car for nearly a year, but I noticed the problem only over the last few weeks. In my car. the problem occurs not only while playing radio, but also while playing music from either USB or audio input or from Pandora via either Bluetooth or audio input. fotomoto
Both our hybrid and NRG do this. It's rare so it has not been a concern for me and I figured it would be address in a future update. I'll wait till summer when things slow down for us family wise and we have more opportunity to drop off a car for service.
