MyFordMobile .... WTH?!

I went to my MyFordMobile page today and found out I've been wiped.

No record at all. I tried to log on but is says No Vehicle Is Associagted to me.

I tried to re-enter the VIN but the web site says it's not a valid VIN number.

I've typed it 10 times... I know I got it correct!!!

 

Has anyone else been deleted by My Ford Mobile?
Has anyone figure out how to re-register their car?

Am I the only one this happened to?

 

I love my CMax energy. LOVE IT

But Fords web presence seems to be a bit of a joke.

I've gone to Ford Accessories web page and every item I click on is "BAD GATEWAY"

error message. I ended up buying all the accessories elsewhere... and for less money I might add.

 

So, back on topic.

Who else has been dropped by the Ford Website?

MFM has lots of bugs. However, in comparing it to the apps that Chevy has for the Volt & what Nissan has for the Leaf, MFM does more than either of those apps.

MFM has lots of bugs. However, in comparing it to the apps that Chevy has for the Volt & what Nissan has for the Leaf, MFM does more than either of those apps.

 

However, the volt app has a neat monthly/daily EV ratio/miles widget that is easy to understand which I wish MFM had.  Also, I, or a passenger, could send driving directions directly to the NAV unit through the volt phone app.  I would also prefer OnStar over my phone to notify emergency personnel in the event of a severe crash.

 

I agree that they ALL need work.  Just like all the issues with MFT, Toyota's Entune, etc, automakers need to make big strides to overcome these clunky early versions.  I read a while back where GM was hiring 500+ tech workers for a new Austin campus on software integration.
