Anyone receive a compensation check yet?

I have to assume the lessees would get smaller checks, right? I mean, because the check is supposed to represent the additional fuel cost for five years of ownership, but lessees wouldn't have the car that long, and therefore their expected fuel consumption would be lower...

I don't know of anything, but it seems like that would be the case. And that said, lessees, don't get your hopes up. If your checks are the same size, great. If they're smaller, just keep in mind that would make sense.

This came as a complete surprise to me. I've been getting about 45MPG on my day-to-day driving lately (by the gauge, which is about 43MPH after adjusting for the fuel consumption inaccuracy problem), but I think I drive a tad more carefully than the average person and on roads that are pretty favorable to hybrid driving, so I can't say I'm TOO surprised that the rated fuel economy is dropping again.

If I Purchased my Cmax on July 19th will I still get a check? The window sticker does not show the latest revision.

Current EPA numbers on the Monroney sticker shown for our 2013 C-MAX are 40 Combined/42 City/37 Highway

I'm not speaking on behalf of Ford, but here's where and how I found out I would get the most recent check:

Go to Ford ETIS Vehicle Selector:

http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

Enter your C-MAX VIN number.

If you see the notification of 14B03 - FUEL ECONOMY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, you will likely get a check.

Missed the Fed Ex guy on Friday so picked up the $725 Canadian check today. Thanks Ford, keep em coming.

Cheers,

Bruce

They missed us twice--had to drive to the airport to pick it up, but I consider that a pleasure cruise, like the time I dropped my mother-in-law off there.

Hmm, I am not seeing that, yet the Window Sticker Shows the Old MPG numbers. Oh well, I am getting about 45 overall so I am happy.

My window Sticker shows attached.
