C-MaxJaxon
A bunch of us had this problem a couple of weeks ago. http://fordcmaxhybridforum.com/topic/6889-radio-and-other-issues/ I also found someone here with the problem a couple days later. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t26790560-disconnect_battery_2013_ford_cmax It's curious that there would be multiple people with the same problem on or around the same day. :headscratch: After my battery died a couple days later and I jump started it, the problem was gone. But I had the dealer do an APIM software update anyway. You may be able to fix it with a fuse pull or battery disconnect. petemx5
homestead
Radio froze up this morning. Pulled F79 the 15A blue fuse. This is located under the glove box. F79 is the lowest 15A fuse on the 3rd row.Fixed my problem. There are two plastic catches to squeeze and then remove the cover panel to gain access.2nd time in 5 years this has happened.
