Ford just gave us a rental car(after having the advisor read the back of the letter), but we have to pay the 10 dollars a day tax for the car? Huh, same as my payment amount per day:) They took my wife halfway across town to get a car? Did not have any near the dealership.... Rick

I would vote for a update to allow the a/c controls to stay on recirc. Me and the wife always bang knuckles when we get the first smell and remember we left it on fresh air! Rick

Am I the only person who read 47 mpg and thought that meant the best I would ever get in the right conditions? Not what I would get or better on every trip. I am at 42 plus with a lead foot. Rick

I found the rear floor lifts a year later at a local car show. Sure blends in. Find something new all the time. Rick

After our software update, 80 mph in electric, our mileage jumped 5 mpg! Getting close to the advertised numbers. Rick

Third time for a dead battery, back at the dealer. Have to post 5 times here before I can PM ford service:) 2013 C-max 15478 miles and it so far always happens in the garage. Rick
