  1. I would tell my Wife but she wouldn't believe it! She is still trying to break thru the 600 mile barrier!
  2. Congrats!! :happy feet:
  3. We have one similiar to that but my Wife has only used it one time as far as I know? In my case, it was a waste of money!
  4. Another "slug" from Toyota, but I do like the concept!
  5. All is well at 3 months and about 3500 miles! Wife is holding on to her 43 mpg average but occasionally gets 50+ mpg on short trips.
  6. Congrats!! My Wife is happy with hers too! :happy feet:
  7. I like the blacked out look, but I also like how chrome pops out on a black car!
  8. Looking good!! Still modding my Truck after 10 years! It became a hobby for me!
  9. My Wife says the prices are too high at Publix, but she likes their Fried Chicken!!
  10. Maybe they were doing donuts in the parking lot?
  11. Looks good!! Are u going to remove the C-Max badge as well?
  12. I like how their license plates fit between the grilles!
  13. Winter in Florida is very hard to beat! Lower temps and less humidity as well! :)
  14. I am ready for Winter to arrive!!! Bring it on!
  15. I didn't know you could stuff a lifetime supply of toilet paper in the back of a C-Max!!! Note: Check out the comment I added! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avPWS_2-83o
  16. Yeah, the new car excitement seems to be gone already and our Cmax has just become a daily driver. There will be no mods, and it will remain bone stock! On the other hand, I will continue to modify the Truck but still keeping it "Wife friendly" for now!
  17. I doubt if I will ever be as passionate about this car as I still am for my 10 year old Truck! Modifying my Truck became a hobby for me which is still a work in progress. My Wife is happy with her Cmax and thats all that really matters!!
  18. Where I live most of the leaves seem to come down in the Spring, when the new leaves push them out. I have some big oak trees which deposit boatloads of leaves on top of the house and fill up the gutters for me to clean out!
  19. Just read this article about a new breakthru in Hydrogen production Technology. Maybe this will help get the ball rolling on FCV's?? http://phys.org/news/2014-09-hydrogen-production-breakthrough-herald-cheap.html
  20. Never have, I've had bad enough luck in parking lots as it is!
  21. So how do you like your new Ram? I have a 2004 Ram Quad Cab with the Hemi, definitely a gas hog!!!
  22. Thanks for the info about Publix, I didn't know that you could get gas discounts there! As for Wynn-Dixie they send out a weekly flyer and it shows which items have "fuel perks" for the week. They start from 5 cents up to 25 cents per gallon off per item. The thing you have to be careful about is buying a bunch of things that you don't need just to get the gas savings! Then, when you go to Sunoco you have to swipe your Wynn-Dixie card first then your Credit Card to get the discount. My Wife has it pretty well figured out and quite often she gets gas for well below $3 per gallon!!!
  23. My Wife gets the Wynn Dixie "fuel perks", sometimes she gets over $1 per gallon off but they can only be used at Sunoco gas stations.
  24. Congrats!! We had a hard time finding one with the Pano Roof plus all the other options my Wife Wanted!
