My seat had wrinkles in the leather 15K. Ford had dealer send photos. In an hour or so they ok'd a fix that involved removing the cusion and adjust the foam and leather. This did some good but far from acceptable. My dealer (Kendall Ford Eugene Or) did not take the tac of "we did what we could" instead they took photos again and told me Ford would need to make the decision. Perfectly acceptable answer. Ford, within 30 minutes, responded that a new seat cusion was on the way. Great service. I had seen this post and decided not to wait till more miles were on the car and the seats to crack. I suggest if the leathe seams to streatch and wrinkle take the car in to your dealer and let them take a look. I do not have any photos

Thanks. I cut it in several pieces usin the 1/2 inch squeezing them in each seperate opening. I don't think they will come out but afterward I worried about ruining the active shutter mechanaism preventing the from opening and stripping a gear.

Thinking of using pipe insulater foam as many have suggested. If you tuck it in the grill openings nice and tight so no glue or tape needed will this intrefere with the active grill shutters? thanks for all the great ideas. with temp at 30 my mpg is down to 35. ouch!

Update. I took the car to my dealer. Ford had them take the seat clips off and tighten rhe leather by pulling it tight and refastening the clips. Did some good but still was not right. Took it back today and Kendall Ford took another set of pictures and emailed them to Ford. Within a half hour Ford said to replace the seat cussion. Great service. Cannot ask for any better than that!

The leather seats on my 2015 CMAX which is not quite a year old are lacking bolster to keep the shape of the seat. The leather either stretched or the foam filler shrunk. The seet has wrinkled leather. looks terrible and I expect will crack at some point. Took it to my dealer. They took photos and sent tonFord for a warranty ok. Ford said fix it by taking off the clips and retightening the leather. Made apt to have it done. After a half day they said all done. The seats dont look a whole lot better. I had a 2013 Cmax with same seats and over 59k and they still held the shape. Think Ford Should just replace the covers. Sad! Not. happy camper "

My CMAX built Michigan Plant March 2015. SEL 302 Package. Ford site states "Affected vehicles include those built: 2013-15 C-MAX – Michigan Assembly Plant, April 19, 2012 to Jan. 31, 2015". My Ford states there are no recalls on my car. Seems there should be.

I backed into the bumper on a large pickup. No damage to the pickup. Didnt even shine his bumper. New quarter panel for CMAX. $5000. Insurance covered it. Reported to insurance industry Raised my premium 70%. 40 years and never a chargeable accident on my record. Never a ticket of any kind. Credit rating 835. Contacted other insurance companys and prices off the chart. Found a company through my credit union that would give an accident free rate if I would use a tracking device for four months. Tracks when you drive, if you exceed speed limit and how hard you break. The way I drive it fit me fine. Got 100%. It does step on you privacy I guess and not for everyone. For me it was interesting. You can look at your driving at the end of each day. Might help you. Saved me a bundle.

I must be lucky. The fit and finish is excellent. Door panels, door and hood gap very even. Love the car except the 9 speaker Sony system leaves a lot to be desired. Enjoy!

I have used syn via the live operator when my navigation could not find an address. The operator will give you turn by turn directions.

Sync with services came free with my IMAX SEL with my Ford touch/navigation. You register with syncmyride.com. It allows you a certain number of operated assist using sync. The operator will give you help finding a place, they will find restaurants etc. You speak to a live operator that gives you most any information ou need. After the initial free period which on my 2013 was three years. On the 2015 it is more like a year free.You have to register every year even though it is free. After the free intro period it is fairly expensive as I recall. Go to the sync tried site

I would like to know also. I don't believe they stay off until you use the fob or touch the door handle. I hope you are right it would be great not looking for the fob I normally do not use except approaching at night.

I think the post is for the headboard footboard and side rails. not a mattress or box spring. :)
