Did you upgrade to 3.5.1 ever since we did my phone will connect and recive calls but when I try to use phonebook it hen says no pnone connected. It worked great till then and I cant even get the music to work. I miss the way it used to work it was perfect.

Hahaha you guys are so funny..If they still gave me a hard time I was going to buy a wrap for it saying where I bought it and have lemons all over it. So I think that may have helped also...My car I can do what I want with it. I was not told just where this Pvt service was done but I can tell you she is now sober and driving straight and her top no longer comes off for no reason!

So BIG Big discount on current loan and a buy back aggrement should we choose to go that way before she turns 3 if we are willing to purchase another c-max. I would say it is a win!!! Maxi Rose (or mom) is now the new pain in fords ars! She has gone to a pvt service department (will only be sent there) and somehow has come back in one day. Not everthing is compleatly fixed but all safety issues have been addressed. Calk one up for the consumer this time!

I love my car but we shal see.It just kills me that so far 100 bucks down(rent tax) 10days of the rental car is up now what do we do..Pay for a rent when they cant even fix it andf we cant drive it (deemed a safty issue now)??? So upsetting. It now looks as if Maxi rose may never come home if the husband has his way..she falls under the texas lemon-aid law (hubby went looking) and from the sounds of it he would like to hand the keys right over. Just want all to be better and driving my maxi again.

With some investagation Maxi Rose...falls under the texas Lemion-Aid law. http://txdmv.gov/motorists/consumer-protection/lemon-law This is not the route I thought I would have to take when I bought Maxi but at this point it seems as if it is headed that way. I think we are willing to give ford some time but hubby and I are just about at the end of our rope. I hope we are the only ones that got the dredded lemon out of the bunch. :cry:

So sorry to confuse you guys... We had the lift gate software fixed while we were in MA. Then when I get home it would not close and always showed lift gate ajar. With a good push it would sometimes engadge but last week svl times while driving ( i drive all highway) it unlatched and showed lift gate ajar. so I stop pull over and fix it ..off I go again this time pop goes the hatch again but it opens with enough space for something to fall out. That is what the problem was. I have been told today that the latch is now on backorder and went thru some redesign and my service person hopes to get us in that 1st group of 220 (YAH RIGHT) As for the air..it tends to blow warm sometimes no matter what I have it at but since they could not replacate it it is a non problem in thier eyes. The back up is the same complant svl of us had whne putting it in reverse it feels like the emergency brake is on them afer giving it gas it seems to catch and send the car back (god help me if I give it to much gas) I am just so upset. I love my Maxi Rose but the problems are getting more and more. My cars b-date is 9/11/12 what is that 6 mo. onto the 1st production???? Thanks for the support guys!!!!

I can not say how angry I am..We got the recall and brought it in at the same time had them look at svl other issues. Well nothing but GPS update has been done and they said still waiting on latch (1 week now) We are the only C-max in the shop since last Monday but yet they dont have enough recall latches to go around! I have to drive this small little oh did i say small fiesta while I wait. Because the darn thing unlatched while driving the car can not go to his transmission guy to test the halted back up or the on sometimes and off air cond. problem. Here it is the 4th is almost here and I know things just about shutdown so what I have to wait another week...Sorry but so frustrated! Hubby is about to take the other set of keys and throw them at the dealer and give him what for. He has been upset since our cross country trip to Ma. and had to bring it in then also lift gate problem/gps that had us in lakes. We also noticed that the more mileage we put on it the less we would get on mi/gal he said it is like driving a temperamental toddler. Sorry just had to vent.

Ohhh here is a good one. Hubby drove the car and then came home got out of the car and forgot to turn it off for svl hrs! Thank god I had to get something out of the car! They need to make an app for that!!!! A phone reminder...

I have been using my windows 8x since I had the car...Apart from it havinng a hard time with my text back ( think it is my accent) it does well. I just wish it would text my bad words when I REALLY want to. It seems to asterix my naughty words :)

I went to our $1 store and they had the static kind that does not need liquid to place. Made a template and then cut it to size. I was able to get 2 our of 1 sheet and the package came with 2 sheets. So 4 for $1 and it works great!!!
