    Aka I want to know if anyone has run one out of gas. What happened if so?

    The other question I had on this topic, the ICE is spun and expected to start. What does the ecu do if it does not actually fire? Does it try multiple times and then stop to conserve battery voltage? If it runs out of gas I'm curious to see how the car behaves with respect to trying to bring the ICE back online.

    We really need a sticky section of the website for how to/writeups. I did an ANC Delete writeup and it's buried. Stuff like this is helpful for people.

    I put 13.53 in mine the other day, I know the gas tank is supposed to be 13.5 gal but I still had some indicated miles left. Curious to see what the most someone has put in their car is. Hybrids specifically but feel free to post your energi's as well, just note what they are!

    I had to bust out the zip ties to get some extra clearance in the rear center of my under tray as it would drag on the crest on dirt roads. Zip ties worked fine, I just replace them every time I change the oil. Just find useful non exhaust items to attach to and get it as high up as possible.

    Wow love hearing there are some higher mileage ones out there doing well! I bought mine several months back, it's a 2013 se that had 79k on it, I'm up to 86k now, the car creaks/has annoying door seals and the rear seatback releases are broken but apart from that it has been a good car. I'm hoping to get some serious miles on it. My average so far has been 38.3 with my highest tank being slightly over 500mi. I do a lot of highway driving.

    Yep they finished mine today. They were definitely swapped, my old ones looked a bit different and I had hosed them down with lithium grease when I got the car.

    Interesting, can anyone else confirm this? It makes sense if the strikers or latch were poorly clearanced/didn't allow a tight immobile seal. This is the single most annoying part of owning my car for me.

    Definitely let me know if it was helpful for you! If anyone else has a request on a how to, I don't mind making them, I pulled the front bumper skin/headlights the other day to inspect some stuff and it wasn't bad. I can also do a basic amp/subwoofer install how to as our vehicles are stupidly simple with the rear battery.
