  1. I drive a 2013 C-MAX Hybrid SEL with MFT / SYNC2 - v3.8. I recently noticed a problem related to selecting nearby POIs using the steering wheel controls. Specifically, when selecting POI categories on the dash, the list displayed is the same list of categories, and not a list of POI destinations. For example, when I select Fuel Stations, I get a brief "please wait" message and the display flips back to the category list. I never see the list of nearby fuel stations. This issue does not occur when using the MFT touch screen. According to (http://outofmytouch.com), this bug has been around as far back as September, 2013, almost THREE years ago from today. Is Ford currently supporting MFT and SYNC2? Will Ford support MFT & SYNC2 in the future? How do owners of MFT / SYNC2 vehicles get fixes to known and documented hardware and/or software issues?
